Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 2026

Quick-Send enables direct, bidirectional browser-to-browser file transfers and persistent chat between users. This policy explains what data is processed, what is not stored, and how we protect your privacy.

1. File & Chat Content Handling

All files and chat messages are sent peer-to-peer using WebRTC. No files or chat messages are uploaded to or stored on Quick-Send servers. Content is only visible to the connected participants.

2. Connection Metadata

To establish a session, our signaling server temporarily processes minimal metadata (such as transfer IDs and WebRTC negotiation messages). This data is used only for connection setup and is deleted after the session ends or expires.

3. Analytics & Product Improvement

We use Google Analytics to understand usage patterns and improve the product. Analytics data does not include file or chat content.

4. Security & User Responsibility

We use reasonable technical safeguards, but no internet service is perfectly secure. Do not use Quick-Send for unlawful, highly sensitive, or prohibited material. Both parties are responsible for their own content and compliance.
