1. Service Description
Quick-Send provides browser-based, bidirectional peer-to-peer file transfer and persistent chat. No files or chat messages are stored on our servers. Service availability may vary due to browser support, network quality, or infrastructure limits.
2. Acceptable Use
You must not use Quick-Send for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or malicious activity, including distribution of illegal content, malware, or prohibited material.
3. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for files and chat messages you send or receive, and for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Do not use Quick-Send for highly sensitive or confidential data.
4. No Warranty
Quick-Send is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, transfer success, or compatibility with every environment.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quick-Send and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or data-related losses arising from use of the service.
