Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2026 • Agreement to Terms
Service Description
Quick-Send provides an ephemeral, peer-to-peer communication bridge. We provide the signaling infrastructure to connect two browsers, but we never touch your data. Use of the service is subject to browser compatibility and network conditions.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Quick-Send for any illegal activity, including but not limited to the distribution of copyrighted material without permission, malware, or harassment. We reserve the right to block network access to our signaling servers for any user violating these terms.
Limitation of Liability
Quick-Send is provided "as-is". We are not responsible for any data loss, connection interruptions, or damages arising from the use of our peer-to-peer technology. Users are responsible for verifying the identity of the parties they connect with.
Modifications to Service
We may update these terms or modify the signaling infrastructure at any time to improve security or performance. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
